Users may create, upload, and share content, including profiles, activities, and endorsements ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content, but grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your Content. We do not endorse or verify any user-generated Content and are not liable for it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Manipulate endorsements or attempt to artificially inflate skill ratings
• Use the Platform for spam, abuse, or fraudulent activities
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

6. Endorsements and Skill Evaluation

Skill scores, endorsements, and related metrics are generated based on platform activity and user interactions. These metrics are informational only and do not constitute professional certification or guarantees of competence.

7. Payments

Payments between participants and authors are conducted outside the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Platform may charge fees to authors as described in the pricing section.

We are not responsible for disputes, refunds, or financial transactions between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Platform poses a risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of content, or specific outcomes from using the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, reputation, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
